







CityLink is changing the opening hours at its Lorimer Street Customer Centre effective 1 February 2009.
We’ve extended operating hours on Saturdays from 9am til 5pm. This increase in operating hours (from a 10am start) will satisfy customer demand for earlier service on Saturdays.
Monday to Friday trading hours will change to 8am to 6pm due to the low number of customers between 7am to 8am.
The Customer Centre will remain closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays due to the low number of transactions undertaken on those days.
A kiosk located at Lorimer Street ensures those who turn up after hours can still access CityLink account and day pass information. A phone with direct access to the CityLink call centre is also available.
The CityLink website remains the best place for customers to update their details or get access to their accounts. Our call centre remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CityLink, like many businesses is trying to balance the need to improve service levels while keeping them as cost effective as possible.
